National Schools Film Week 2013

Register Interest for National Schools Film Week 2013

Schools across the country can now start registering their interest in National Schools Film Week 2013 as well as participate in the programming of the Festival itself.

Teachers can help to suggest which cinemas to visit along with any other feedback they feel may be useful.

The program was established in 1996 and is the largest free even for schools in the UK.  The scheme aims to achieve education through film and to support teachers by directly linking to elements of the National Curriculum.  There are no admission fees, and the objective is to make learning fun and relevant as well as encouraging participants to support local cinemas and genuine content.
